Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Yearly billing gives you roughly two months free - you pay for about 10 months instead of 12. For example, Solo is £89/mo monthly or £888/year (saving £180).

On all plans including Solo, you can connect your Stripe account and RevNext syncs your customers, payments and subscriptions automatically. Your revenue stays in your Stripe account - RevNext just reads the data. Manual payment tracking is also available on every plan.
Yes. We use end-to-end encryption for sensitive credentials (AES-256-GCM), all data in transit is over TLS, and every database query is scoped to your organisation. We follow OWASP Top 10 security practices.
Pro includes social integrations (Instagram, Facebook). Advanced adds API access, custom webhooks, and Notion integration. We're adding more integrations based on user feedback.
Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything (leads, clients, payments) as CSV before that. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.
