Your Right to Data Deletion

RevNext respects your right to have your personal data deleted. In compliance with applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR and Meta Platform requirements), we provide clear instructions for requesting the deletion of data associated with your account.

What Data Can Be Deleted

You may request deletion of any or all of the following:

  • Your account - your login credentials, profile information, and organisation settings
  • Client and lead data - all contact records, notes, tags, pipeline stages, and associated activity history
  • Messages and conversations - all social inbox messages (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp) and email communications
  • Content - forms, templates, check-in data, downloadable content, and video resources
  • Integration data - stored credentials and synced data from third-party integrations (Stripe, Calendly, Notion, Meta)
  • AI-generated reports - saved business reports and analysis data
  • Usage and analytics data - activity logs and audit records

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data using any of the following methods:

Option 1: Email request

Send an email to support@revnext.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

  • The email address associated with your RevNext account
  • Your organisation name (if applicable)
  • Whether you want a full account deletion or partial data deletion (specify which data)

Option 2: In-app account deletion

If you have an active account, you can cancel your subscription from your account settings. After cancellation:

  • Your data remains accessible for 30 days
  • You may export your data (leads, clients, payments) as CSV during this period
  • After 30 days, all data is automatically and permanently deleted

To request immediate deletion (without the 30-day retention), email us using Option 1.

Data Deletion for Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp Users

If you have interacted with a RevNext user via Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp, and you wish to have your conversation data deleted from RevNext:

  • Email support@revnext.io with the subject line "Social Data Deletion Request"
  • Include the platform (Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp) and your username or phone number
  • We will locate and delete all messages and conversation data associated with your identity

This applies to data stored within RevNext only. Data held by Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.

Processing Timeline

  • Acknowledgement - we will confirm receipt of your deletion request within 2 business days
  • Completion - data deletion will be completed within 30 days of your request
  • Confirmation - you will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Data We May Retain

In certain circumstances, we may retain limited data after a deletion request:

  • Legal obligations - financial records required for tax or regulatory compliance (typically 6 years for UK tax law)
  • Fraud prevention - minimal data necessary to prevent abuse or enforce our terms
  • Aggregated data - anonymised, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you

Any retained data is limited strictly to what is legally required and is not used for any other purpose.
