1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RevNext platform at revnext.io(the "Service"), operated by RevNext ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, connecting an integration, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

RevNext is a multi-tenant coaching and revenue management platform that enables coaches, personal trainers, and service professionals to:

  • Capture and manage leads and clients
  • Create and automate email workflows, campaigns, and reminders
  • Process payments, subscriptions, and invoices via Stripe
  • Schedule meetings and calls, including Zoom and Google Calendar bookings
  • Build forms, check-in systems, contracts, and downloadable content
  • Communicate with clients through supported messaging integrations
  • Track business metrics and generate AI-assisted reports and content

We may add, change, or remove features from time to time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without notice or liability.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • Authentication is provided through Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security by contacting info@revnext.io.
  • You are responsible for the conduct of any users you invite into your organisation workspace and for ensuring they comply with these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through the platform's email or messaging features
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, data, or the underlying systems of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose
  • Overload, disable, or impair the Service, including through excessive automated requests or attempts to circumvent rate limits
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Plans

RevNext is offered on tiered subscription plans, billed monthly and processed securely through Stripe:

  • Solo— £89 per month
  • Pro— £229 per month
  • Advanced— £349 per month

Each plan provides a different set of features and usage limits. Current plan details are available on our pricing section. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Payment

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
  • All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account until the payment is resolved.

5.3 Cancellation and refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.
  • We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods.
  • After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days, during which you may export it. After that period it is permanently deleted.

5.4 Plan changes and price changes

You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We may change our prices on reasonable notice, with changes applying from your next renewal.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service lets you connect third-party platforms, including Zoom, Google, Stripe, and Meta (Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp), among others. When you enable an integration:

  • You authorise us to access and process data from that service on your behalf, strictly within the scope of the permissions you grant. We use each integration only to provide the features you have enabled — for example, creating Zoom meetings for your bookings, syncing Google Calendar availability, processing Stripe payments, or sending and receiving Meta messages.
  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of service and policies of each third-party provider, including Zoom's Terms, Google's API Services User Data Policy, and Meta's Platform Terms.
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services, and delivery of data or messages is subject to their availability and rate limits.
  • You may disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings. On disconnection or deauthorization, the associated credentials are deleted from our systems.

Our handling of data received through these integrations is described in our Privacy Policy. Where you use the Service to process personal data relating to your own clients, leads and contacts, the Data Processing Agreement forms part of these Terms and governs that processing.

7. Your Data and Intellectual Property

7.1 Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you upload, create, or input into RevNext ("Your Data"). We claim no ownership over Your Data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and display Your Data solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

7.2 AI features

When you use AI-assisted features (report generation, template suggestions, content assistance), relevant data may be sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing. Your Data is not used to train third-party AI models. AI outputs are provided "as-is", and you are responsible for reviewing them before use.

7.3 Our intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is owned by RevNext and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you to use the Service, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

You may request deletion of your data at any time. See our Data Deletion page for instructions.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevNext and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
